Align

Build strength, flexibility, and stability, both on and off the mat. In this class we will explore fundamental yoga poses in connection with your breath to feel deeper into the body, align your posture, and cultivate mindful coordination. This class moves at a slow pace to allow students to learn the foundation of yoga poses and the benefits of correct alignment.

 

Decompress

Relieve pains and aches by rebalancing your posture. This class involves a series of passive stretches, and using breath to create space in the body and mind, to counter the poor postural habits and mental stress accumulated in daily life. No matter how inflexible you think you are, there is a modification that we can show you to approach the poses with comfort.

 

Restore

Rest, recover, and find a sense of inner calm. With a variation of prop-supported poses, gentle holds and deep stretches, this class will help you improve range of motion, flexibility and mobility. Attention to breath and mindfulness is weaved throughout the class.

 

Ascend

Master your body and mind. This class involves more connected yoga sequences with more advanced yoga poses. The continuation of getting into, holding, and getting out of poses will help you develop greater physical and mental presence.
