All classes are non-heated, and 60 min in length. Class sizes are kept to max 12 persons.

Beginner

Explore fundamental yoga poses, movements and breathing to reawaken your body. This class moves at a slow pace to allow students to learn the foundation of yoga poses and the benefits of correct alignment. You will begin to experience how the poses can be connected in a vinyasa flow.

 

Decompress

Get rid of pains and aches by rebalancing your posture. This class involves a series of passive stretches to counter the bad postural habit derived from our modern way of living. No matter how inflexible you think you are, there is a modification that can approach with comfort.

 

Restorative

With a variation of gentle holds and deep stretches, this class will help you improve range of motion, flexibility and mobility. Attention to breath and mindfulness is weaved throughout the class, ending with meditation and sound healing.

 

Intermediate

Build deeper connections with your body. This class involves more vinyasa flows and slightly more advanced poses. The continuation of getting into, holding, and getting out of poses will help you develop greater focus and build deeper connections with your body.
