What do I do if I am a beginner?

Many first time students have come to the beginner class with no experience and have found it easy to follow. You can contact us if you have any specific questions.

 

Do you offer private classes?

Yes! Private small group class and personal training are available by appointment.
Please use the “Leave Us A Message:” form at the bottom of this page to discuss the details.

 

Do you provide the equipments?

Yoga mats are NOT provided. Please bring your own mat.
We do provide yoga blocks that will help make some yoga poses more accessible for you.

 

How do I prepare for your first class?

Arrive 10 minutes before class so we can help you fill out our intake form, get you familiarized with our studio, and allow your body and mind to settle down.

Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the class.

Please follow the Studio Etiquette listed below.

 

What is the Studio Etiquette?

Be Scent-Free: avoid fragrances, scented lotions, aftershaves, etc.

Silence Your Tech: turn all your electronic devices off, or to silent and no vibration mode.

Low Voices: if you need to talk, keep in mind of others around you.

Keep Valuables With You: or leave them at home or in your car.

Arrive Early: 5-10 minutes before class time is recommended.

 

Do you have change rooms?

Yes. We have change rooms for you to change in and out of your yoga outfit comfortably.

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Please cancel your booking at least 6-hours before class. Late cancellation will not be refunded.

 

Do you have a late policy?

If you are late to your class, we will try our best to buzz you in through the intercom, but cannot guarantee your entry to the premises. For safety reasons, the building front door is locked at all times. There will be no refunds or rescheduling if you arrive late and cannot enter the building.
