Class Policy

Class Package

Class credits are valid for four months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is the day class credits stop working. Any class credits must be used by the day prior. There are no partial refunds for unused class credits. Class packages are not sharable or transferrable.

Class Booking

Class bookings are made using our online booking portal. Instructions can be found in the class package “Order Receipt” email.

Minimum Class Size

Classes with less than two students registered three hours prior to the start time will be cancelled.

Late Policy

For students that arrive late, we cannot guarantee entry into the premises. For safety reasons, the building front door is always kept locked by the building management. Unfortunately, we are unable to interrupt a class that is in progress to open the doors. There will be no refund, credit, or rescheduling for late arrivals.

Reschedule/Cancel Your Class Booking

Cancelations and and changes can be made up to 6 hours prior to the start time. Late cancellations are non-refundable, and no credits will be given.

Missed Classes/Late Cancellation

There are no refunds or future class credits for missed classes.
